Jason was always on time, and greeted me with a big smile and a positive attitude, just what I needed after having a hard day at work, and feeling a bit down on myself because I wasn't eating very healthy.

Once our workout started, Jason always gave me HOPE through great nutritional advice and ideas , such as blending frozen bananas up and replacing this for ice cream, or drinking some amino's before our workout. He never made me feel bad when I screwed up on my diet goals, but rather offered hope and encouragement and let me know that I was able to achieve my goals.

Another thing I appreciate about Jason is his uncanny ability to give a great visual related to an issue you are having with your health , dieting, or exercising. Through his visual, I was able to get a new perspective on the current problem at hand, and I left the gym with an attitude of hope, knowing that I could get through any current challenge I was facing.

I was never bored with the variety of exercise routines we went through because he knows how to change things up and personally hand taylor the routine for your goals. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the body and optimizing the different muscle groups that need to work together to help achieve your health goals. He is funny too!
