What Can i expect from a typical training session?

50 minutes of undivided coaching and attention. Correct form and focus on technique. Encouragement for positive habits outside the gym. Fun motivating exercises. Nutrition consulting. Homework workouts. Body fat and muscle mass tracking. Accountability. Results.

We cover: Cardiovascular workouts, strength and conditioning, body weight exercises, all barbell and dumbbell exercises, bands, kettle-bells, functional/core exercises, flexibility and mobility, endurance, balance, and more!

Jason’s personal training career began at 24 hour fitness where he trained over 8,000 individual sessions and earned the status of Master Trainer. He specializes in training a wide variety of clients, ranging from absolute beginners up to the highest level elite.
